Return and Refund Policy
Nilu Digital Store shall not be held liable for the loss or damage of the digital goods, as well as any losses or damages suffered by the digital goods' holder as a result of or in connection with the loss or damage of the digital goods.
Unless otherwise specified, any digital goods purchased by a customer such as a CD key, gift card, software license key, prepaid card, game key, and so on are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
However, in exceptional circumstances, Nilu Digital Store will consider refund or exchange requests if the digital goods purchased in the form of a CD key, gift card, software license key, prepaid card, game key, and so on are deemed faulty by Nilu Digital Store in its sole and absolute discretion.
Any faulty or damaged digital good must be reported to Nilu Digital Store via email to support@niludigital.com within two weeks of purchase. If this is not done, the customer's entitlement to a refund or exchange is automatically forfeited.
We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or apply alternative or extra requirements if you do not comply with any of the above conditions. Nilu Digital Store has the right to change any of the foregoing policy at any time. When we update the Return and Refund Policy, we will revise the "Effective Data" date below and post the new Return and Refund Policy.
